At Aesthetics by Sian, we have the following policies in place to ensure the safest and best possible experience when booking a
treatment with us. Please read the below policies. We also have an in-clinic file of policies available to view if requested – please contact us for more information.

Age Policy

You must be aged 18+ to have any treatments at Aesthetics by Sian. If you do not look over 18, you will be asked to present Photo ID to verify your age. Failure to show Photo ID when asked will result in your treatment being unable to go ahead.
Lateness Policy

Please ensure that you do not arrive more than ten minutes late to your appointment. If you do arrive more than ten minutes late, your appointment may be unable to go ahead and you will need to rebook. You will lose your booking fee in this instance.
Children Policy

Due to the clinical environment and to maintain safe practice, children and babies are not allowed to enter the clinic.
Consent Form Policy

Consent and Medical History forms must be completed prior to any treatment taking place. When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to inform Aesthetics by Sian prior to booking if you are currently receiving medical treatment, have a diagnosed medical condition, are taking medications, have any allergies, have had previous anaphylaxis, have an auto-immune condition / are taking immune-suppressing medications, or if you have filler migration, as this may affect your suitability for undergoing treatment. If you attend your appointment and any of the above applies to you meaning you’re unsuitable for treatment, the treatment will be unable to go ahead and you will lose your booking fee in this instance.
Photo Usage Policy

You must sign a photo consent form at your appointment to state whether or not you give permission for your photos to be used for social media, advertising or online usage.

Booking Fee Policy

A non-refundable booking fee/ deposit is required to secure all bookings - this will be deducted off your total treatment cost. The booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be lost. However, you can reschedule your appointment up to three times with a minimum of 72 hours notice, and your booking fee will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If you have pre-paid for your treatment or you have pre-paid via one of our finance options and you decide to cancel your appointment, the current booking fee rate will be deducted from your refunded amount. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment time, an additional £50 cancellation fee will also be deducted from this amount.

Last Minute Cancellation Policy/ Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel your appointment or wish to reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment date and time, you will be liable to pay a £50 last minute cancellation charge. This charge also applies to any “no-shows” - which is if you fail to attend your appointment without any prior warning. This charge will be applied alongside the loss of your non-refundable booking fee. The cancellation fee will be enforced even if your appointment cost less than the fee - this is due to the varying costs of other treatments that could have been booked in this time slot.
No-Show Policy

If you fail to turn up to your appointment with no prior warning, you will lose your booking fee and will be asked to pay in full for your treatment upfront when booking in again. You will also be required to pay a £50 last minute cancellation charge. The cancellation fee will be enforced even if your appointment cost less than the fee - this is due to the varying costs of other treatments that could have been booked in this time slot.
Masterclass Policy

A £350 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your chosen course date. If you wish to cancel your course, the deposit cannot be refunded. However, if you wish to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred over to the rescheduled training date. You must reschedule before 48 hours of your course date or you will lose your deposit and be required to pay the remainder course cost in full. You can reschedule your course up to three times. If you want to reschedule for a fourth time, your deposit may be lost and you may have to rebook. Aesthetics by Sian will arrange for six live models to attend the clinic
for practical training. There will be two arranged demo models and
our arranged live models for your practical. Aesthetics by Sian cannot guarantee the models will not cancel or not show up despite taking a deposit from them. If a model/s cancels or does not turn up, you will be given the opportunity to return to the clinic at a later date to continue your practical training on the number of models that cancelled. This will be at no extra charge to yourself. The course must be paid in full by bank transfer a minimum of 48 hours prior to your chosen course date. All courses are non-refundable in any circumstance

Course of treatments policy
If you book a course of treatments or a package of treatments, this needs to be paid for in full at your first appointment. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstance. If you decide during your course that you would not like to continue with further treatments or decide you would like to cancel your course, you will not be eligible for a refund of the payment made. However, you may be offered the option to change your course to a different treatment at the clinics discretion. If you have purchased a course or package of treatments, and cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the appointment time, you will lose that treatment from your course or package and be liable to pay a £30 cancellation charge.

Pay Later Policy

If you choose the pay later option on the booking system, and you cancel your appointment, you will be liable to pay the equivalent to the booking fee at the time of booking. If you cancel your appointment or reschedule within 72 hours of the appointment time, or no-show, you will be liable to pay the equivalent to the booking fee at the time of the booking and a £50 cancellation charge.
