Deposit Policy


A £20 deposit is required to secure bookings for all treatments, excluding free consultations. The £20 deposit will be deducted off the total cost of your treatment.

The deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your appointment. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

If you cancel your appointment, the deposit cannot be refunded. However, if you wish to rearrange your appointment, your deposit can be moved over to your rescheduled appointment. 

Appointments can be rescheduled if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given prior to your appointment, and your deposit will move to your rearranged appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times before the deposit is lost. If appointments are rearranged within 48 hours of the appointment, deposits may be lost and you may need to rebook. 



Prices and Discounts policy


You will be made aware of my price list prior to your appointment. Prices are displayed on my online booking system and you will pay the prices stated at the time you made your booking. If there is a price increase and you book your appointment before the price increase, the original price stated when booked will be honoured.

Sometimes I offer discounts and discounted prices. Discounts and discounted prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. NHS and Student Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Gift vouchers that have not been purchased and have been won as part of a giveaway, or as a gift from Aesthetics by Sian to yourself, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 


Clinic Policy

The following guidance is in place to ensure that the clinic environment is as safe and as confidential as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Appointment times:

Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment to respect the confidentiality and privacy of the previous client. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to rebook and you may lose your deposit.


Due to the clinical environment and the treatments taking place, I ask that you please do not bring your children or babies to the clinic with you. 


Maximum occupancy:

I understand that aesthetic treatments can be nerve-wracking, especially if it’s your first appointment, and it can be helpful to bring a friend/family member along with you for moral support. This is completely fine and I encourage you bring someone with you if it will help you to feel more comfortable. However, I ask that you please bring no more than one person with you to your appointment. 

Treatment policy

Age: You must be 18+ to have a treatment at Aesthetics by Sian

Medical history: Medical history forms must be completed prior to the treatment taking place. These will be provided at your appointment. It is advised that you inform me of any medical conditions or medications you are taking prior to booking an appointment - as this could effect your suitability for treatments at this time.


Consent: Consent forms must be completed prior to any treatments taking place. These will be provided at your appointment.


Photo usage: You must complete a photo usage consent form prior to your treatment. You can choose whether or not you would like your photos to be used for social media, advertising or online usage. By signing yes to this agreement, you will be agreeing for photos to be used for social media/online/advertising purposes. By signing no, your photos will not be used for anything other than insurance purposes if needed. 



Covid-19 Policy

I have put this policy in place to ensure the clinic is as safe as possible. This policy will be in place until further notice.


If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, including high temperature and a persistent cough, within one week of your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible to rearrange. Please do not attend your appointment if experiencing these symptoms. 


All clients must have their temperature taken when entering the clinic. Any client with a high temperature will be asked to rearrange their appointment - in this situation, deposits will still be valid for the rearranged appointment.


Automatic wall hand sanitizers will be available. Please use these when entering and leaving the clinic. 

No cash payments will be accepted until further notice. I will only be taking payment by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or bank transfer (if transferred prior to your appointment).

Please attend your appointment by yourself. Usually I do not mind you bringing a friend/family member for support, however at the moment I feel it is best to minimise the amount of people in the clinic at a time. If you have booked an appointment with a friend or family member, then you will still be able to come together as you will both be having treatments within that time and extra time has been allocated for extra infection control measures.
