Aesthetics by Sian offers Membership options, which are designed for regular clients to save money on their treatments and
to make treatments more affordable. It is also the perfect option for clients who do not wish to apply for
finance but want to spread the cost of their treatments! Memberships do not involve any credit checks – a quick and easy alternative to our finance options with 0% interest and lots of perks!
Simply pay a fixed monthly fee by direct debit each month and these payments turn into ‘client credit’, which you can use on any in-clinic treatments you desire! Alongside this, you get lots of added extras, including a discount on all in-clinic treatments and in-clinic
AlumierMD purchases, exclusive discounts, and birthday vouchers! If you don’t spend all of your client credit in the year, this will be
rolled over to the next year, or if you spend all your client credit before the end of the year, you can still purchase extra treatments with the exclusive discounts. Facial Memberships
The Facial membership
As a Facial member, you will be entitled to:
- One facial per month up to the value of £150
- 20% off in-clinic skincare purchases
£150 non-refundable deposit, then £100 per month for 12 months
Injectables Membership Terms and Conditions:

- Membership runs for 12 months from commencement and is auto renewed unless written cancellation is received with 28 days notice
- Cancel at any time with 28 days written notice
- Memberships cannot be cancelled whilst there is outstanding debt (for example, if the cost of treatments received is higher than what has been paid in monthly membership fees. In this instance, outstanding balances will need to be paid before cancellation of the membership).
- If there is remaining credit on a membership at the end of the 12 month membership period, this can be rolled over to the next 12 month membership period
- There are no refunds available
- If memberships are cancelled with outstanding credit remaining, this cannot be refunded
- Membership commences the day the first payment is made for the membership and runs for 12 months from this date
- Treatment/product prices may change over the year and the clinic withholds the right to make price changes
- Bookings are advised to be made in advance. Please contact the clinic by email, telephone or social media to arrange appointments
- Memberships must be used by the membership holder and cannot be shared with others
- If you are a VIP membership member and cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will lose the equivalent to the booking fee rate from your membership credit and be liable to pay a £30 cancellation charge, If your remaining credit does not cover the booking fee rate, you will be required to pay this.
Facial Membership Terms and Conditions:
- Membership runs for 12 months from commencement and is auto renewed unless
written cancellation is received with 28 days notice
- Cancel at any time with 28 days written notice
- Cancellation results in loss of non-refundable deposit, no refunds will be given
- Membership entitles you to one facial per month valued up to the price of £150 on the Aesthetics by Sian price list – Prices are subject to change
- If your chosen facial for the month is valued at less than £150, you are able to use treatment upgrades to increase the value of your facial. For example, adding on Dermaplaning or Dermalux LED Phototherapy to your treatment. However, the upgrade must be added on to your booked facial appointment and cannot be used on a different date or time. If the addition of an upgrade results in your treatment exceeding the value of £150, you will be liable to pay the remaining cost. For example, if you added an upgrade to your treatment and the total value becomes £160, you will be liable to pay £10 at your appointment.
- Treatments cannot be rolled over to the next month and must be claimed in their allocated month
- You have the option to upgrade facials per month - if you wish for a more expensive facial, you will receive 10% off the facial price then the deduction of your monthly membership fee, you will then owe the remaining amount.
- There are no refunds available in any circumstances
- Membership commences the day the first payment is made for the membership and runs for 12 months from this date
